Choose water first

Replace sugary drinks with water. Keep juice, alcohol and sweetened drinks occasional.

Cook simply

Grill, bake, boil, steam or air-fry. Measure oil and limit creamy sauces and deep-fried food.

Keep protein present

Include eggs, beans, lentils, fish, skinless chicken or lean meat at each main meal.

Move consistently

Build towards regular walking and two weekly strength sessions when medically appropriate.

Optional WALU support

How the product pathways fit around meals

Products never replace breakfast, lunch or supper. Use only the final commercial label directions and never increase the dose to accelerate weight loss.

Women

WALU Meta-Lean pathway

Use Meta-Lean only if suitable, strictly according to its current approved label and early enough in the day to avoid disturbing sleep.

  • Continue eating three balanced meals
  • Avoid energy drinks, stimulant pre-workouts and other stimulant fat burners
  • Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding

Men

Meta-Lean + Supaman pathway

Both products may be considered only after suitability screening. Follow each final label and do not assume that combining them improves weight loss.

  • Meta-Lean supports the broader weight-management routine
  • Supaman is optional men’s vitality support—not a weight-loss product
  • Medication and cardiovascular screening remain important

Everyone

Food-only pathway

A customised wellness meal framework can be prepared without either product. Supplements are optional and suitability is assessed separately from nutrition planning.

  • Suitable when stimulant products are unwanted or inappropriate
  • Meals remain tailored to preferences, culture, budget and schedule
  • Healthcare referral may be recommended where necessary
